A database with over 10,000 past UPSR questions online on a monthly basis to 25,000 digital notebooks to be given to students in five years in the state.
Laptops, more popularly known as e-books will be distributed to students from May 26.
Mentri Besar Datuk Ahmad Said said a panel of educators would be appointed to oversee the management of the database and review of the portal.
"With just one click of the mouse, students can retrieve the last years of questions and answers online," he told The Star yesterday.
Ahmad said that students can submit responses to the panel markings.
"With this, we hope that students are adequately prepared to sit for the UPSR examination real and raise the overall performance of the situation.
"It will be very exciting as students can compete with their peers throughout the state of the highest scores. It will also study a mechanism to reward scorers," he said.
The state government, he said, also plans to eventually market the examination portal, giving pupils access to other states at a nominal price.
Ahmad noted that so far, Malacca and Sarawak had expressed interest in the e-book.
On the possibility that some students may abuse their Internet-enabled e-books to access pornographic sites, Ahmad reiterated that the state government has taken all precautionary measures including the mandate for software engineers to block the entrance to the sites.

Blindness is no excuse for poorly educated, and Rossie Binyai, 14, showed that by scoring As in all languages of the three papers, 1B and 1C for Science in Mathematics Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah rendah.
Blind since birth, Rossie never knew how the world around it seemed. But coming from a poor family, I wanted to do their bit for the family, despite his disability.
"My dream is to go to college and graduate as a teacher of English," he said when met at Rossie SK Pendidikan Khas (B) yesterday.
Rossie, from Rumah pantu Mujung, Kapito, is one of the three blind students who sat for the UPSR examination in the state.
Then two others were Chiew Yen, 14, and Seripah Hadiah Wan Mohamad, 14, who is also deaf.
Rossi, who wants to show that blindness is no obstacle in education, said she spent six hours a day reviewing his subjects in his bedroom.
"I prepared a schedule and followed it every day. In any event, what was I to do besides study?" She joked.
Next year is going to Form 1 in Rossie SMK Batu Lintang, studying alongside students on the basis of a normal program.
"It will be a challenge for the study together with normal students, but I will do my best and fulfill my promise to my family.
"I will not let them have as much to me," he added, proudly. "This is my chance to shine."
Rossie English teacher Mariana Yusuf, is proud of its results.
"Science and mathematics are difficult for students as subjects Rossie, because you never can tell what looks like a butterfly or a change in color is and what are the graphics.
"Your mind can not register this, and have never seen these things before. Nevertheless, Rossi overcame all these problems," said Mariana.

Between 31% to 46% of students who sat the Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah rendah (UPSR) this year, answered questions for Science and Mathematics paper in its entirety in English.
Education director general Datuk Mohd Dom said Alimuddin a total of 159,234 students answered the Science paper completely in English. Math was 238,153.
This is a significant increase compared to last year figure of 1324 for Science and Mathematics, 1075.
"The 518,616 students who sat for the UPSR this year are the first group that have begun to study the two subjects in English since the policy was introduced in 2003," he told a news conference Thursday after giving an analysis UPSR results of the ministry in 2008.
He said that students had the option of responding to the two issues entirely in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese / Tamil (mother tongue), or a combination of all three.
Alimuddin said that this year's UPSR results would be considered by stakeholders in the round-table meetings before the final decision to continue teaching Science and Mathematics in English or Bahasa Malaysia to return to be made.
Ministry officials also collect all data relating to the issue including newspaper articles and letters received by Education Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said.
"The minister then bring the matter to the Council of Ministers for a decision," he said.
The policy of teaching Science and Mathematics in English was carried out in phases, starting with the Year One, Form One and six in the Baja 2003.
Hishammuddin had said that what was decided, the ministry does not implement the new policy in January next year because it was too early.
He said any decision would not affect those already in the system and to start a new group of first-year students.
Meanwhile, Alimuddin said the ministry had compared this year's UPSR results with the last five years for students to compare performance.
"The students UPSR results were better this year compared with the average measured over the past five years," he said.
He said the 9.2% (46,641) As noted all of this year compared with an average of 7.8% in the last five years.
The number of students who achieved grades A, B and C in all subjects was 62.7% this year compared with 60.5% average over five years.
Alimuddin said the ministry would not be releasing information on the top students and also the statements of results to the public.
"The information will be released to the State Department of Education, district education office and school, but we do not want parents or students feel pressured,''he said.

Only 30% of the test, 70% co-curricular student UPSR

Thirty per cent of the Primary School Assessment Test (UPSR) is a child when the results of a new curriculum was introduced for first-year students next year.
The remaining 70% is based on several criteria, including psychometric tests, school-based assessments and achievements in extracurricular activities and sports throughout the six years of study.
"At the time the students will feel the UPSR in 2016, which were evaluated from the first year in these other areas that comprise 70% of its brands with 30% of the (UPSR) examination itself, the "Education Minister Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong said.
He said that in the Year One pupils in 50 schools nationwide had been using the new curriculum under a pilot project last year. It spread to 500 schools this year.
"The pilot project is underway at this time. The final decision will be made later this year to determine the weightage of the UPSR mark," Dr. Wee told reporters after representing Education Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin in Kuala Kumpur the International Book Fair at the Putra World Trade Center on Saturday.
Dr Wee said the pilot has been positive and the ministry to consider other points of view before making a final decision on the weightage.
"We have to introduce this new curriculum in the first year because it can not be started from the middle," he said. At present, 100% of pupils in the year of assessment comes from the Six UPSR.
Former Education Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said the new curriculum will replace the existing integrated curriculum of primary school for the first time in 1983 and revised in 2000.
Education director general Datuk Alimuddin Mohd Dom said the new curriculum not only in the test what students have learned in a centralized review.
"Parents have complained that the system is too exam-oriented and we are trying to make it more comprehensive and fun for students," he said, adding that the school-based assessments should not be a burden for teachers as they were his students and the evaluation of weekly and monthly through testing, as well as middle and end of year exams.
In this way, Alimuddin said that if students fell ill during the exam and did poorly, the ministry could take into account the overall assessment of the school rather than relying solely on their UPSR results.
"If students obtain in their UPSR, this means that the marks are not derived solely from their brains, but considering other approaches, such as attitudes, extracurricular activities and school-based assessments," he said.
As for the Penilaian Menengah rendah (PMR) and Sijil Coat Malaysia (SPM) examinations, Alimuddin said he had proposed weightages of 50% and 70% respectively.
